My focus is on keeping things simple, speedy and syn free as well as super-tasty. Do let me know if you try my recipes and if they worked out well for you
I do hope you like my recipe for Slimming World Salsa. It is a staple in our house, we like the zing it adds to a salad or a baked potato. Of course it is super healthy way to get some extra veg too and there is no cooking involved which always pleases me! !

I tend to work in my kitchen which really keeps me snacking way too much but with this syn free salsa is fine to snack on. Sometimes though to keep the munchies at bay I just have to find somewhere else to work
But I have found out recently you can work from your kitchen or living room or from a cafeteria on any device with a Windows Cloud Desktop from CloudDesktopOnline.com and SharePoint Cloud hosting from CloudAppsPortal.com
Good for the diet!
