Bits of Lovely

Time to resurrect this series of lovely things from my week. It has been a year since my last update !

Yikes….

Anyway here goes, the bits of lovely that have made me smile this week.

A beautiful scent

Bits of Lovely

This week I was sent the most beautiful candle from Arum London. It is made of natural wax and hand poured in London. It has 40 hours burn time and the aroma is jasmine and mint I so wish you could smell this, it is so light and refreshing. Definitely one of my most favourite candles EVER!

It not only looks beautiful it really does smell divine and it has made my little home office so much more lovely to work in this week. We all need a little luxury every now and again don’t we? These candles are such a treat.  The coconut and lime sounds delicious too (popping it on my birthday list.)

My garden

The gorgeous sunshine meant some quiet time in my garden and how I have loved it. I adore our garden but we are a bit behind on getting it ready for summer. I have been avidly reading tips over at Growing Family so I know what to do…I just need to get it done (always the way)

Ever learning

Regular readers will know I love to keep learning. In regard to social media I just have to keep learning to stay ahead of the game. Just launched by Pinterest coach Jen Stanbrook,is her great new Pinterest site JenStanbrook.com where she shares advice, resources and her courses. I cannot wait to get stuck in!

I love Pinterest and you can follow my own boards here.

Eating well

I am about 6 weeks post cleanse now and I have lost 25lb in total. I am so delighted about this but oh my goodness do I have a long journey ahead. If you didn’t read about my cleanse before here is how it went and my weight loss.

I have kept up eating well and it really has made me feel so much better. I have been eating Pep and Lekker soups at lunchtime and  they delicious as well as being super healthy.

My kids

It’s been both my children’s birthdays this past week and to see them showered with love from their family and friends and to see what awesome little beings they have grown to be just warms my heart.

See you next time! (I’ll try not to leave it a year!)
