What is the most beautiful day you ever had?
The most beautiful day I ever had …… There was ice on the ground, and the clearest pinkest skies as we looked out the window at 6am Belgium time. My boyfriend and I woke up in a converted barn bed and breakfast on the outskirts of Bruges, and little did I know that after a hearty, relaxing farmhouse breakfast and a wander around the cobbled streets that resembled being inside a snowglobe, that I’d be proposed to on the same day. The happiest, most beautiful day of my life (and the place we stayed had such nice home decoration too, the boy did well)
What is the most beautiful thing you ever saw?
The most beautiful thing I have ever seen … mountains. Every time I see a landscape so rugged I end up speechless that we live in a world of such beauty. Mountains, forests and being outdoors inspires me to make more time for it. To live my life simply and whole-ly.
What is the most beautiful thing you ever owned?
The most beautiful thing I have ever owned … Tricky question. Everything I am turning to is all sentimental… My family are all from Ireland. I was gifted a celtic knot necklace with an emerald in the centre that I wear every day. I also adore my Chesterfield sofa. It’s seen many memories.
What is the most beautiful song you have ever heard?
I do love “More than words”. Yes, the Westlife version. Typical Irish!
The most beautiful person you know?
My mam. She is the warmest, most positive person I’ve ever met. I feel lucky every day to have her as a mother.
The most beautiful thing about you is?
…… ahh I am blushing… errr… my friends always say I have an infectious enthusiasm. I am not so sure 😉 beauty is in the eye of the beholder it seems.
