Riverford Recipe Box Review
I was delighted to be offered a Riverford recipe box review opportunity with The Happy Pear as the guest chef.
I have reviewed a Riverford recipe box before and was absolutely delighted with the results and I could not wait to have another go.
In a nutshell Riverford deliver you the ingredients and recipes for 3 amazing meal s (meat veggie or quick- you decide)

Every so often they have guest chefs and recently it was the turn of the Happy Pear (identical twin farmers and self-confessed ‘veg nerds to team up with Riverford to make some limited edition recipe boxes.
Stephen and David Flynn, the happy Pear have a huge following on Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube is testament to how good their recipes are. I was excited to have a go at making their recipes.
I just love that every single ingredient is included and in the right measures. this save s so much hassle. The box comes so well packed and even the items that need to be refrigerated and the veg is super quality.
A pleasure to cook with such lovely ingrediants
My first dish and an absolute triumph was the Mexican chilli. I’ve never really had black beans before but they are a bit of a superfood and delicious to boot.
Next I made Spanish chickpea and potato bake. Absolutely scrummy and wolfed down before I could take a picture. Oh my family like their food!
Next I will try the lentils which I am really looking forward to.
So far I have found the happy pear recipes in our Riverford Recipe Box Review straightforward and extremely tasty as well as packed with goodness.
Fabulous and highly recommended. What a great partnership between The Happy Pear and Riverford, they will make a cookout of me!
