So what makes my garden special?
When I look more closely at my garden I see what makes it magical…all these bits add up to a beautiful space and place to be. Not perfectly pristine and manicured and blooming but perfectly perfect as only nature can be.
Nature is pretty amazing isn’t it…. in all it’s forms.
Vibrant, vivacious and splashy
Dotty, red and teeny
Stylish, delicate and beginning
Wonderful, wishing and whimsical
Pretty, incredible and perfect
Artistic, nurturing and dedicated
Green, growing and giving.
I am so thankful for all this life that makes up my lovely (not perfect) perfect garden.
Lovely. I really need to get me some green fingers.
How beautiful Becky! Love your pictures!
And a great place just to sit and relax for a while. Has that ladybird gone wrong in the wash, all her spots are on her head?!
You missed off blooming hard work! Worth it though. Lovely photos
I loves this post, looking at all the small things and really taking a look at everything that surrounds you x
Lovely post Becky – such a great attitude. Love that photo of the ladybird, and your lovely hubby is quite easy on the eye too 😉 xx
Such a lovely post and I especially like the last photo. It reminds me that although my garden isn’t as I like it is still beautiful.
Lovely pictures. I think if we all just slow down and look at some of the things around us that nature has provided it’s pretty damn special!
Perfect is overrated, what a super post and love that you included your other half. Mich x #HDYGG
Lovely photos, and great pic of Jonny 😉
This is such a lovely post. Just so simple yet oh so important. It makes me just want to breathe out and stop for five minutes.
Fabulous colours and textures in your pics! A garden isnt about perfection, its about love!
It is so important to learn to love the space that you live in and your garden looks like it is full of interest and colours. Your little ladybird looks so unusual, it hardly has any spots – a very special one indeed x
How much fun are you having with the new lens Becky! I love this.
Love these photos Becky! gorgeous colours, and a beautiful post! x
You have dinosauts in your garden too =P
Loving the vivid colors of your blooms & I think the insects does too =) #HDYGG
Ahhh this is lovely, I love how you’ve done this post Becky. It’s not only a perfect depiction of your garden but of you are a person, seeing the positives, taking time to enjoy things. And of course you get brownie points for a husband shot, I always appreciate those !
