I don’t know about you but I love a face mask! It makes me sit down and relax whilst it’s on which in itself is a rarity in itself and a great mental health boost. This duo of brightening and anti-ageing face mask from Boostology are just fantastic for over 50’s skin and at just £11 it is money well spent for an evening in pampering. Each mask is made from natural bamboo fibres and contains a special plant based formula to target fine lines, wrinkles, and make your skin really glow.
The masks are sealed in one of the world’s first biodegradable pouches. They are vegan friendly and cruelty free too and use only organic material they are also delivered in plastic free materials so they tick all my eco boxes.
The Brightening mask contains blueberry, an antioxidant, to protect against skin damage; Yuzu Citrus to smooth the skin’s surface; plus Sea Buckthorn, rich in vitamins A, C and E, to deeply hydrate. I absolutely did glow after using this and looked really fresh.

Woodwick Black Currant & Rose Candle
For me a candle with an awesome fragrance is an essential part of feeling good. They don’t come much better than a Woodwick candle and this blackcurrant and rose version infuses my home with the scent of an English summer.
