Super Simple Chocolate Protein Fudge (using Protein Powder)

Ingredients for Simple Chocolate Protein Fudge

  • 200g Chocolate
  • 140g smooth Peanut Butter
  • 30g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder 

Options for toppings – chopped nuts, choc chips,  freeze dried raspberry flakes.

 

 

Method – so simple!

  1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter for in a pan or microwave seconds until the chocolate is fully melted. Can take 30-50 seconds
  2. Add in your chocolate  protein powder and  combine until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into your silicon mould and pop in fridge for 2 hours
  4. Enjoy!
