Ingredients for Simple Chocolate Protein Fudge
- 200g Chocolate
- 140g smooth Peanut Butter
- 30g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
Options for toppings – chopped nuts, choc chips, freeze dried raspberry flakes.
Method – so simple!
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter for in a pan or microwave seconds until the chocolate is fully melted. Can take 30-50 seconds
- Add in your chocolate protein powder and combine until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into your silicon mould and pop in fridge for 2 hours
- Enjoy!
