Although I am not much of a one for an alcoholic drink I really do love a tasty and beautiful glass of something special.

I was absolutely delighted to be offered some glasses from Dartington Crystal’s new home bar collection to review.

The new Home Bar Collection features a choice of seven must-have crystal glasses.Whether that’s a glass of Don Perignon or a G&T with a twist, there is something for every taste and every occasion.

The collection has Martini Cocktail, Gin Goblet’s and Tall Fizz glasses to create your ultimate set.

 

I opted to review the martini cocktail glasses, the long drink and the tumbler, although to be honest, I think they are all lovely.

I used the martini glass to serve a little raspberry milkshake made with icecream, milk and crushed raspberries. I simply blend these and serve with fresh cream and raspberries and mint. Just delicious and pretty as a picture.

 

Next, I used the long drinks glasses and made elderflower and pomegranate cordial with sparkling lemonade.  Oh just absolutely delicious and so good when you want a cool, long drink.

With the tumblers, I opted for a big, refreshing drink of fresh apple with sparkling lime and lemon flavoured water. Just perfect in this hot weather

 

Aren’t these glasses just lovely? Perfectly pretty good quality and robust and great value too. In fact, everything you need for a home bar.
