My dream kitchen

The kitchen is definitely the most important room in a home for me. It is where I bake with my children and cook for them. It is where I sit for hours with friends drinking tea and putting the world to rights. It is where I can often be found blogging or vlogging, strong coffee to hand and paperwork and cameras strewn across the kitchen table. I have hosted kids birthday parties and dinner parties and where I spend many hours of my life. It is undoubtedly the heart / the hub of our home.

I have never had the kitchen of my dreams.

My current kitchen came with the house 13 years ago and although we have change the door handles and painted them form orange (yes, really!) to cream we have really done very little else The splashback tiles were once a vibrant blue and are now bright white, but not much else has changed. My kitchen seems to take up a lot of space but offers little in the way of worktops and space and do you know – and this is a bit bizarre) it does not have one drawer. Nope, not one drawer. Isn’t that a bit strange?

So my dream kitchen would most definitely have a lot of drawers and would be a calm/sedate colour. But not cream.I have had cream for a long time!

I sway between wanting a white high gloss modern kitchen and something more traditional. I am rather in love with these dove grey shaker unit from Kitchen Warehouse

My dream kitchen

Arent they just gorgeous?  Kitchen Warehouse sells a range of luxury but cheap kitchens and I have been having a good look around.  I think sometimes itis easy to say oh I want this or that without having a really good look around.

I have seen some duck egg blue units that I think would look just amazing in the shaker style and really these have won my heart. What do you think?

I do love the wooden tops too.

Perfect. The kitchen of my dreams.

What would your dream kitchen look like? Are you in love with gloss, colour, marble tops? Let me know in the comments below, I love as always to hear from you

The kitchen of Vietnam when I was young it was designed a separate area. It’s different now. It is located next to the living room in every home. I have a dream to design a kitchen where I cook for my family. This is really very happy.
