All about the Positive Planner Review
What an absolutely gorgeous planner it is, it has never been such a delight to get my to-do list down.
The Positive Planner was founded by Ali and Finn after their own mental health journeys. Their intention is that the journals bring both support and joy to everyday life and help people make their mental health a priority – something I wholeheartedly agree with.
Positive planner – where it began
Ali and Finn found the benefits of writing and creativity during their own recoveries and they wanted to create a range of stylish stationery that people would feel excited about. They have sold over 25k journals over the past year.
Priced at just £20 I think this journal is absolutely the bee’s knees as far as planners go. The yellow minimal design is bright and appealing, it has hardback and has a ribbon marker. The paper quality is thick.

What’s inside the Positive Planner?
In the front of the planner are some lovely mindful activities including the gratitude heart and a self-care checklist. Throughout the planner, there are quotes, bits of advice, places to colour and free write. It’s just lovely and encourages reflective creativity
The planner covers 12 weeks and has space for a meal plan and a shopping list at the start of each week which is very handy. Then each day of the week you have a 2 page daily spread with room for a mantra each day, intentions, to-do’s and reflections on the day.
I am loving filling it in
I would definitely buy the positive planner as a gift and I will most certainly be filling in the next 12 weeks. I think it just fabulous!
The Positive Planner Bullet Diary
I have always fancied having a go at bullet journalling and the bullet diary is just awesome. I was lucky enough to be given one of these from the same range to review and I just love this Positive Bullet Diary
