Today – Autumn / Winter wardrobe staples
I always have this dilemma when it comes to Autumn Winter clothing.
With a big family, this can be such an expensive time for me and I have to watch my spending closely. I am always reluctant to spend much on myself and my wardrobe as Christmas looms. On the other hand, the cooler months are just my favourite for buying clothes. There are winter knots a plenty tempting you and sparkly Christmas party get-ups temping me in!
I try very hard to stick to just buying classic in Winter. I try to choose outfits I know I will ear again and again and nothing too pricey.
Autumn / Winter wardrobe staples
I was gifted some clothes from Fashion World to review this season and I made sure to stick to Winter staples in my choices. I am so excited to show you what I picked
Cigarette pants
.I have been after a pair of Cigarette pants for a while now. I know I would wear them with just about anything and everything. I love the shape of a cigarette pant, always flattering on my curvy frame and these are super comfortable 4 way, non-iron, stretch fabric which ticks all my boxes. I always put on a few pounds over winter so a bit of stretch is a very good thing! These cost £35.
Asymmetric hem tunic
I paired these trousers with a fabulous black asymmetric hem tunic. I love the versatility of this knitwear and it is really classic without being boring! It can be styled up or dressed down to suit the occasion. I think it looks just great with the cigarette pants.

I really like the look, smart but relaxed too and suitable for so many occasions.
A sparkly tunic
This is so fabulous for the festive season and I just could not resist it. I also think I could wear this as a little dress with tights and heels to really glam it up. This Dark Indigo matte sequin-front tunic is just lovely. I think it looks great with jeans too. What do you think? This cost £30 and its never going to go out of style, is it? Check out the range of party dresses at Fashion World they are fabulous!
Silver shoes
I have a bit of a thing for silver shoes and no matter what the weather, unless I am wearing boots I try and avoid socks. These are simply gorgeous shoes. Super easy to wear, casual but so much fun too. The Aliyah Ruffle Pumps are £25 and they are also available in black. I am so tempted!
