I was having a little ponder myself and came up with a list of the most super simple things
baths and books, chocolate and hugs catch-ups with friends and my kids all featured heavily. It got me thinking about kids and the simple things that make them smile
Create your own happy the happiness boosting book for kids that I co-authored with Penny Alexander was published in 2018. Our aim was to share simple ways to help kids be happy.
